I've been familiarizing myself with their web-based PM tool and I've been pleased with the features and capabilities of the product. Cross project task dependencies. You can now specify dependency between tasks of different projects. This is especially useful for individual project managers who are handling multiple projects at once or managing several related projects for the same customer.
Departments. The software can now group users and projects into departments for easier management and security.
Create and update tasks via email. Users can create tasks by sending an email to a specific email address. You can include the Project, Start, Finish and even the percent complete.
CSV import of projects, tasks, users and clients. You can now import projects, tasks, users and clients via CSV.
Project Portfolio Management. Manage your entire portfolio of projects and tie them together with Celoxis 5.0.
Mobile interface. A feature-rich mobile interface for the iPhone, Blackberry and Andriod phones.
