Course Outline
Iteration 1 – Start Right – You learn what is involved in doing a Cheetah Agile Project – from how to select the right type of project for which the Cheetah Agile project approach is designed, to what is involved in completing the project in a way you can best use your results and position yourself for future success.
Iteration 2 – Work Right – You spend two weeks doing your Cheetah Agile demonstration project to master the skills for doing Cheetah Agile Projects where you create significant results with two weeks of intense focused effort.
Iteration 3 – End Right – You wrap up your demonstration project and chart a path to go forward with your new skills, learning how to pick the best emerging opportunities for you to succeed at Cheetah FAST.

Professional Development Units (PDU)/Continuing Education Units (CEU) – 20/2.0
Cost – $1150 (includes access to the Cheetah Agile Certified classroom portal from the date you register until your course ends).
Course Text – you must acquire the Cheetah Agile Project book. Available from Amazon – Kindle Unlimited – Free, Kindle – $8.99, or Paperback – $21.99.
Course Supplies – you will need a pack of 3″x3″ multi-colored post-its. You can get this on Amazon, or most places where office supplies are sold. They come in packages of 5.
Course Location – Online – once you register and we have received payment for your registration, you receive access to the Cheetah Agile Certified online Cheetah classroom portal.
Access – You register for a specific start date that you prefer. You must complete the demonstration project and wrap up the course by the program completion date four weeks after your registered start date. We allow for you to start the program as soon as you register, if that is your preference, and you have until your registered program completion date to finish.
Extensions – because we are certifying you complete what you start Cheetah Fast, we do not give any extensions.
The Instructor
Michelle LaBrosse is a bonafide Rocket Scientist. She started her career as an Aerospace Engineer and an Air Force Officer. The Project Management Institute (PMI) selected Michelle as one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Project Management in the World, and only one of two women selected from the training and education industry. She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Owner President Managers (OPM) program and also holds an Aerospace Engineering Degree from Syracuse University and a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Dayton.
Michelle is the founder and CEO of Cheetah Learning, and is also the author of Cheetah Negotiations, Cheetah Project Management, and Cheetah Know How. Michelle grew Cheetah Learning to the global leader in Project Management education to serve over 100,000 students worldwide.
