Why? Well, sometimes it’s stubbornness. I’ve often thought my own plans were better than someone else’s only to find out in the end that I was wrong. Sometimes it’s poor planning. More time spent planning may mean that you would have come to a better understanding of the problem and how to solve it. And sometimes you just can’t help it because not enough information was there in the beginning for you to make the right decision so you made the one you could make – only to find out later that it wasn’t right or wasn’t efficient.
