Your customers matter. And getting projects off to the right start matters greatly. But in the big project management scheme of things, many tasks are fairly standard from project to project…some variance, but the general idea is pretty much the same. What I’m going to outline here is five important considerations – and basically steps – to follow to get your project started off on the right foot from the beginning.
