If it works out for everyone to be in the same place at the same time for most or all of the project, that’s great. But that’s not reality for most of us and for most of our projects anymore and I think that’s ok. The remote model – however much it may be rejected by management - is a way of life in many organizations. And here are three reasons why I think it is a workable, if not outright desirable, solution for running a project effectively.
