The Easiest Way to Automate Your Business?  Worketc...

We want to stay on top of our work, our projects.  We want to keep teams, coworkers, fellow PMs and other colleagues, and executive management on the same page without a lot of extra reporting and re-work, right?  Well, WORKetc professes to do all that with their project management and work management solution.  It’s easy to use, full-featured, cloud-based, and priced right for organizations of every size and revenue structure.

Get everyone on the same page

As your business grows, it becomes harder and harder to keep all of your staff and team members well informed. With more staff serving more customers, more projects happening at a faster pace with emerging technology and in more locations there is an increased risk of inefficiency, miscommunication and costly mistakes which undoubtedly result in re-work and decreased profits.  Sound familiar? Without a centralized platform, errors occur, opportunities are missed and customers are lost. According to their site, this is where WORKetc excels – where they can step in and solve your problems…

WORKetc offers:

  • One Place for Everything.  A centralized location for all of your data, including project task lists and notes, sales leads, contacts and invoices.
  • Real-time Updates.  Data updated in real time so everyone is always working from the same information.
  • Entire history.  Activity history that captures every interaction with your customers.  New team members can get instantly up to speed.  Great when new team members need to be onboarded to projects that are already in motion.
  • Knowledge Capture & Sharing.  Ensure critical project, support and sales information is always captured and available to everyone.

Stay on top of everything

Almost everybody has been through the stress of a missed appointment, opportunity or deadline. With so much going on in your business it can be easy to forget to send an e-mail, follow up a sales lead or even attend an important meeting.  I know forgetting to follow-up with interested potential clients is something that happens to me from time to time and when it does it results in lost or delayed revenue – a bad thing for an IT consultant like me. Worse, if you’re using a different program to manage each aspect of your business, it’s easy to lose track of where you are, what you’re supposed to do next and what your team is up to. Again, that’s where WORKetc comes in.

With WORKetc, you’re able to:

  • Keep it all together.  Access all of your tools, with all of your team, for all of your customers, in the one place.
  • Never miss anything again.  Setup instant alerts and recurring reminders for what is important to you.
  • Custom views and filters.  Filter project, sales and support views to show only the information that you need to know.
  • Status updates and calendars.  View real time status updates on projects, support cases and sales.  Share calendars with your team.

The WORKetc solution

WORKetc is a total small business management software solution. WORKetc helps organize many of your daily activities such as tracking billable time, managing customer support, marketing and invoicing - making them easily accessible through the single interface.

What this means is that WORKetc provides you with a number of integrated, internet-based software tools, that all work together to help you better manage your business.

Prices start at $78/month for two users.  Signup for WORKetc’s free 14-day trial to see if it works well for your organization.

Worketc, Bitrix24 and Wrike are probably most underappreaciated tools out there. Especially Bitrix24 - the best out there (I wish they had a billing module as good as Worketc).
